Your role

As a Project Manager Business Excellence, you play a central role within our organization and collaborate closely with stakeholders across different countries.

You act as a true partner to the business, driving strategic and operational projects while translating complex topics into clear, actionable insights that resonate with stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Lead national and international projects related to strategy, processes and organizational development
• Analyze complex business challenges and identify improvement opportunities
• Translate strategic objectives into clear, structured project plans and concrete actions
• Manage the implementation of new systems and tools, from analysis to testing and rollout
• Coordinate all project phases: design, development, testing and training
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and according to quality standards
• Engage and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Communicate project progress and insights in a clear, impactful and structured way
• Design and implement digitalization and automation solutions
• Support teams in process optimization and problem-solving
• Contribute to building a strong performance and continuous improvement culture

Your profile

• You hold a Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Economics or IT)
• You have at least 3 years of experience in consulting and/or project management
• You have strong experience working in a consultancy environment or in transformation-driven roles
• You have proven experience in stakeholder management at different organizational levels
• You are able to translate complex topics into clear storytelling and impactful communication for stakeholders
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have experience in process optimization, lean management and change management
• You have hands-on experience with digitalization and automation tools (preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem)
• You work in a structured way and take ownership of your projects
• You are proactive, hands-on and results-oriented

Languages

• English: fluent (main requirement)
• Dutch and/or French: fluent
